Lady Antebellum, Collin Raye concerts announced at Fraze

More country music is coming to the Fraze Pavilion this summer.

The Kettering outdoor ampitheater has just announced two new concerts: Lady Antebellum on Sunday, Aug. 7, and Collin Raye on Thursday, Aug. 18.

A hugely successful and award-winning group from Nashville, Lady Antebellum is best known for hits such as “Need You Now,” “Just a Kiss,” “I Run to You,” “Downtown” and “American Honey.” The band, which made its Fraze debut in 2007, will also be playing songs from their new “747” album, such as “Long Stretch of Love” and “Bartender.” Tickets range from $59-$99 (limit four tickets per person on first day of sale).

Collin Raye is known for country standards like “Love, Me,” “In This Life,” “My Kind of Girl” and “I Can Still Feel You.” He will be performing with the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra in a tribute to the music of Glen Campbell. Joining them on stage will be Campbell’s eldest daughter, Debby. The concert is the Fraze’s Celebrity Concert for Charity, and a portion of the proceeds will help people battling Alzheimer’s disease. Glen Campbell as well as Raye’s mother are receiving care in Alzheimer facilities.

“We are honored to share a portion of our financial success from this show with the Alzheimer’s Association of Dayton,” says CCFC founding member John Condit.

Tickets range from $35-$65 (prices increase $5 on day of show).

Tickets for both concerts go on sale April 30 at 9 a.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Fraze Pavilion Ticket Office, Fraze FanFare Store located in Town & Country Shopping Center, www.fraze.com, www.etix.com or Charge-by-Phone at 1-800-514-3849.
