Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant moves forward with Liberty Center plan

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant is moving ahead with plans to add a new location at Liberty Center.

The Chicago-based restaurant chain applied Tuesday to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control for a liquor license for a restaurant planned at the retail, housing and office development in Liberty Twp.

It also operates restaurants in Cincinnati (8080 Montgomery Road) and Columbus.

Each Cooper’s Hawk includes a winery, full-service restaurant, tasting room and retail store.

Wines are made from grapes grown in California, Oregon, Washington and Michigan.
