The distribution center does warehousing of customers’ products nationwide, “everything from toothpaste, shaving kits and diapers to books, grills and glasses,” she said.

“We receive them in, we re-kit them and we ship them out globally,” Stumpf said.

The company employs nearly 200 people and featured clients include Procter Gamble, Luxottica, Macy’s, Sam Adams and Applebee’s, according to the company’s website.

All positions are full-time but the company has the flexibility to work with college students and offer them part-time hours, Stumpf said.

No prior experience is required for entry-level picker position.

“We love to see someone who has a great work ethic and attendance and who is teachable and trainable,” Stumpf said.

The California-based company employs 40,000 people nationwide and is looking to hire ten part-time event specialists, according to Jane Valenzuela, employment marketing coordinator.

Employees must have the ability to work a part-time retail schedule Monday through Sunday and interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner with management, clients, and consumers in any setting, Valenzuela said.

Experience in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, brand promotion or retail/grocery are preferred, she said.
