Venus, Saturn near crescent moon today, Wednesday

Temperatures today and Wednesday evening will be very warm for this time of year.

And that pairs up nicely with two nights of stargazing, according to Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Kirstie Zontini.

The thin crescent moon will be your guide. Head outside after sunset and look to the southwest.

Find the moon and look up and to the left, and you should see two very bright stars that are actually the planets Saturn and Venus.

Breaks in the clouds Tuesday will make it a better evening than Wednesday to try and find these three. Wednesday, the moon will be above Saturn and Venus.

And, don’t forget to share your photos with us.
