DETAILED FORECAST

A few clouds will move by from time to time during the overnight hours, with temperatures holding to near 60 degrees, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

Wednesday: Lots of sunshine is back in the forecast with temperatures once again approaching record highs in the upper 70s. Clouds will increase late Wednesday with the threat for showers after midnight as a cold front approaches.

Thursday: Showers will be likely in the morning with gradual improvement late in the day. High temperatures in the lower 60s will occur early in the day before falling by late afternoon.

Friday: Mostly sunny skies will return with highs more seasonably, in the upper 50s. Some patchy frost may be possible to start the day.

Saturday: Sunny skies and seasonably mild temperatures are expected to start the weekend. Highs will be in the lower 60s. Don't forget to set the clocks back 1 hour before going to bed Saturday night.

Sunday: Sunny skies return to end the weekend with highs near 60 degrees.
