Winter Weather Advisory extended due to freezing drizzle, possible icy glaze

Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the following counties until Feb. 18 at 1:00 a.m.: Auglaize, Mercer, Shelby, Darke, Miami, Preble, Logan, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Montgomery, Butler, Warren, Clinton, and Wayne (IN).

Tonight: Freezing drizzle and fog will continue into the first half of the overnight hours. Colder temperatures will transition any lingering precipitation to light snow showers. With the exception of thin, icy glaze, little to no accumulations are expected overnight. Lows will drop into the mid 20s.

Monday: A few light snow showers/flurries will be possible in the AM. Mostly cloudy and chilly for the remainder of the day with highs in the mid to upper 30s.

Tuesday: Day starts off dry and chilly in the 20s. Highs in the upper 30s. A wintry mix arrives at night.

Wednesday: Some slick spots early as a wintry mix is likely in the morning that will transition to rain later in the day. Freezing rain and ice accumulations possible. Breezy and chilly with highs in the lower 40s.
