Today: Another hot day with the chance for isolated thunder storms. Temperatures will reach 90 degrees with heat index values in the lower to middle 90s, according to Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Jesse Maag.

Tonight: Partly cloudy skies are expected this evening with still the chance for a few isolated showers or storms. Anything that is out there will fade away past sunset. We should dry out overnight as temperatures drop to near 70 overnight.

Monday: The chance for a few showers or storms continues into the afternoon. It'll be a hot day again with highs back close to 90 degrees with heat index values in the middle 90s.

Tuesday: Showers and storms are looking likely with highs in the middle 80s.

Wednesday: A few lingering showers are expected, especially for the first half of the day. Highs will be in the lower 80s.

Thursday: Partly sunny skies with highs in the lower to middle 80s.

Friday: The slight chance for rain returns Friday with highs back in the middle 80s.
