Cold air moved in quickly this evening after a brief warmup today pushed temperatures into the 50s.
It will be cloudy tonight with clouds gradually dissipating some. The overnight low will be around 18 degrees and it will be windy, with gusts as high as 25 mph, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
The high reached 50 degrees in Dayton, 52 in Cincinnati and 47 in Columbus.

It will be sunny Thursday but much colder with a high temperature below freezing, around 27 degrees.
Thursday night will be mostly clear with an overnight low around 11 degrees.
Friday also will be sunny with a high near 25 degrees, but it will feel even colder with wind chill values as low as zero, the NWS said.
It will be mostly clear Friday night, with an overnight low in the single digits.
The weekend will be warmer by a few with high temperatures around freezing.
