HS Roundup 1/23: Minster’s Ivy Wolf sets school scoring mark

Minster’s Ivy Wolf set a school record with 36 points in the Wildcats’ 66-27 win on Thursday over New Bremen.

In other action, Arcanum swiped 37 steals — a school record — as they overwhelmed Mississinawa Valley 100-32 on Thursday night.

Arcanum is now 9-1 in conference play. Hailey Unger had 25 and 10 steals, Kayla Odaniel had 21 points and Elliana Sloan had 11 points and 10 steals.

Lehman Catholic 38, Catholic Central 35: Lehman’s 12-6 fourth quarter led them to the win Thursday night. Lauren McFarland led the way with 18 points.

Franklin Monroe 53, Bradford 26: Corina Conley had 21, Belle Cable had 16 as Franklin Monroe won Thursday night. Austy Miller had 16 for Bradford.

Newton 43, Twin-Valley South 28: Camryn Gleason’s 16 points and Madalynn Hughes’ 8 points lifted the Indians on Thursday.

Fort Recovery 42, Coldwater 34: Lauren Gilliland had 11 points and 9 rebounds for the Cavs.

Miamisburg 2346, Middletown Christian 1910: Justin Grice’s 463 series and Easteron Berger’s 420 series pushed Miamisburg to the win.

Carroll 2467, Chaminade-Julienne 1302: Danny Hebert’s 366 paced 11-0 Carroll to the win Thursday. CJ was paced by Tian Turner’s 538 series.

Greenon 2500, West-Liberty Salem 2187: Luke Boysel’s 225 and Matthew Barton’s 233 were the high games for Greenon in the win. Salem was paced by Issac Riblet’s 233 and Andrew McCall’s 198.

Girls Bowling

Miamisburg 1804, Middletown Christian 1481: Maddie Ginn’s 405 series and Emmie Berger’s 210 and 159 games lifted Miamisburg to the win.

Carroll 2030, Chaminade-Julienne 1561: Madison Wiley’s 318 series pushed 9-2 Carroll to the win Thursday. Chloe Steiner’s 298 paced CJ.
