Andrew Lyons tossed six innings of shutout baseball and drove in a pair of runs to pace Southeastern in a 4-0 win over Tri-Village in a Division IV sectional final on Wednesday.
Lyons finished 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI at the plate. Hayden McKee went 2-for-3 with a double and RBI and Wesley Earles drove in a run and added a shutout inning in support for SE.
Jonny Wilson, who struck out nine in the loss, tied Ryan and Tanner Maples for the Tri-Village career hit record at 127.
Southeastern will face Fort Loramie, which beat Triad 7-4, in the district tournament on Friday at Newton.

Fairmont 3, Fairfield 2: Jake Hosford tallied 27 kills and Nicholas Spangler 42 assists in Fairmont’s five-set win.
Centerville 3, Carroll 1: Centerville took the final two sets to earn the win. Andrew Gard put up 19 kills and Spencer Bethel 36 assists in a losing effort for Carroll.
Alter 3, Purcell Marian 0: Jason Hascher recorded seven kills and seven aces and Josh Hascher had two kills with two blocks for Alter in the win.
