The Cincinnati Reds will play the Saint Louis Cardinals on Opening Day on April 1, 2021, at Great American Ball Park. The Reds play a three-game series against the Cardinals and then stay at home for three games against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
The Reds play interleague series against American League Central Division opponents. The 162-game schedule ends with a three-game series in Pittsburgh from Oct. 1-3.
