Fairfield is 7-1 overall and 6-0 in the Greater Miami Conference and will travel to unbeaten Colerain for the GMC Game of the Year next weekend.
Zach Moeller kicked a field goal and Devin Holt added a late touchdown run for the Highlanders (3-5, 1-5).
Fenwick 31, Purcell Marian 14: Jack Fessler marked 203 yards and three touchdowns on 20 carries for the host Falcons, who boosted their record to 6-2 overall and 4-1 in the Greater Catholic League Coed North Division.
Sully Janeck was 16-of-23 for 213 yards through the air and hit David Schuh for a TD in the winning effort. Matt Beckman added a field goal, and Gio DiGirolamo, Nate Green and Tyler Houck each intercepted a pass.
Zach Hoover completed 32-of-51 throws for 291 yards and two touchdowns for the Cavaliers (4-4, 1-4 GCLC Central).
Lakota West 16, Princeton 13: Daved Jones returned a fumble for a TD and Jeremiah Ross scored on an interception return for the host Firebirds, who improved to 3-5 overall and 2-4 in the GMC.
Nicklas Hjort added a 33-yard field goal for West, while David Afari ran 28 times for 140 yards. Ross picked off two passes in the game.
Princeton (2-6, 2-4) managed just 58 yards on the ground.
Franklin 34, Eaton 6: The visiting Wildcats remained alive in the Southwestern Buckeye League Southwestern Division title race, getting strong ground efforts from Gage Johnson (18 carries, 147 yards, two TDs) and Matt Centers (10 carries, 114 yards, two TDs).
Johnson had a 71-yard touchdown and Pierce Bauerle added a 50-yard interception return for a score for Franklin (4-4 overall, 3-1 in the SWBL). Eaton (0-8, 0-5) led 6-0 in the first period.
Monroe 52, Oakwood 28: Tyler Tracey and Quienten Brown ran for two touchdowns apiece for the visiting Hornets, who moved to 2-6 overall and 2-3 in tthe SWBL Southwestern.
Tyler Hendricks also ran for a score, Tanner Allford returned an interception for a TD, and Braden Singleton kicked a 35-yard field goal for the winners.
Tommy Lunne threw four touchdown passes for the Lumberjacks (2-6, 1-3).
Colerain 42, Lakota East 0: The visiting Cardinals erupted for four touchdowns in the first quarter and led 42-0 at halftime, pushing their record to 8-0 overall and 6-0 in the GMC.
The Thunderhawks (5-3, 4-2) got outgained 315-75 in yardage. Vincent Kornau had a fumble recovery for East.
Sycamore 28, Hamilton 14: Kaleb Johnson and Keyshawn Stephens had rushing touchdowns for visiting Big Blue, who fell to 1-7 overall and 1-5 in the GMC.
Sycamore (5-3, 3-3) scored the game’s final 21 points.
Mason 30, Middletown 0: Josh Bryant was a bright spot for the host Middies, rushing 20 times for 140 yards.
Quarterback Jarrenn Thomas saw his first action since getting hurt in Week 2, completing 5-of-11 passes for 25 yards, as Middletown fell to 1-7 overall and 0-6 in the GMC.
The Comets are 6-2, 5-1.
Little Miami 24, Ross 10: C.J. Boze had a touchdown run and L.J. Neumaier kicked a field goal for the visiting Rams, who slipped to 3-5 overall and 1-4 in the Southwest Ohio Conference.
The Panthers (7-1, 4-1) had two 100-yard runners — quarterback Brody Reder (11 carries, 123 yards, two TDs) and Lucas Patten (six carries, 113 yards, TD).
Lebanon 13, Miamisburg 12: Billy Crago kicked two field goals, including the game-winner with 2:50 remaining, as the host Warriors won Thursday night.
Lebanon lost the yardage battle 357-149, but lifted its record to 5-3 overall and 1-1 in the Greater Western Ohio Conference National West Division.
Jon Yerkins ran 22 times for 107 yards and two TDs for Miamisburg (6-2, 1-1).
Waynesville 56, Carlisle 20: The visiting Indians remained winless at 0-8 overall and 0-4 in the SWBL Buckeye Division, while the Spartans improved to 5-3, 3-1.
Zach Jewell ran for two touchdowns and Dane Flatter added one TD on the ground for Carlisle.
