County officials noted their total was four higher than the state site reflected because of when the state pulled the numbers.
Of the cases, 44 are connected to two nursing homes, SpringMeade Health Center in Tipp City and Koester Pavilion in Troy. The remaining 20 cases are not related to the nursing home outbreaks.

Six nursing home residents have died from COVID-19 since the outbreak began.
The remaining 20 cases are mostly suspected to be the result of community spread, but officials continue to investigate and perform contact tracing to learn more.
The Miami County cases range in age from 16 to 93 years old. The confirmed cases include 34 female patients and 30 male patients, health officials said.
The county said Gov. Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Health Director Dr. Amy Acton advise that an increase in coronavirus cases will continue through the coming weeks. Residents are advised to stay at home and follow social distancing guidelines to limit the spread.
The health department encouraged those who are sick or who have any COVID-19 symptoms to stay home and to contact their health care provider.
