How Bengals’ rivals fared during their bye week

The Bengals got a little help on Sunday, though the team they needed most to lose didn’t.

The Steelers went into Arrowhead and defeated the previously unbeaten Chiefs. The Steelers furthered their grip on the AFC North lead. The Bengals have a chance to cut into that lead itself on Sunday in their first head-to-head matchup with their hated rivals.

The Ravens were upset at home by the Bears in overtime. The Ravens are 3-3 – a half-game better than Cincinnati – but have questions plentiful. Joe Flacco is struggling for a stagnant offense. The defense is still good, but not quite the monster it appeared to be a couple weeks in.

The Browns were blown out at the Texans. The Browns are the AFC’s only winless team and may be staring at 0-16 if changes aren’t coming.
