Defending national champion Alabama is No. 1 followed by No. 2 Clemson and No. 3 Notre Dame. Those three are all undefeated while Michigan has one loss.
LSU fell only to No. 7 despite losing 29-0 at home to Alabama last week.
That starts this Saturday with a trip to No. 18 Michigan StateFilling out the top 10 are No. 6 Oklahoma, No. 8 Washington State and No. 9 West Virginia.
The Sooners and Mountaineers still have to play each other in the regular season and potentially in the Big 12 championship game.
