It’s hard to say exactly what the Un-Cut will be.
“The best thing to relate it to is some of the things we do on the main stage at Redsfest,” club chief operating officer Phil Castellini said.
But it’s not a dinner. “We modeled it after some welcome dinners some other clubs have,” Castellini said.
All 25 players on the Opening Day roster are scheduled to attend. The program, the teams says, will feature interviews and game-show elements. It sounds likes fans will have a chance to get involved.
Doors open at 6 p.m. for the 7 o’clock show. Tickets, ranging from $25 to $200, go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at reds.com/uncut, at the Aronoff box office, or by phone at 513-621-2787 (ARTS).
A ticket to the Saturday, April 2, game against Milwaukee is included with an event ticket. Proceeds benefit the Reds Community Fund.
