Water main break on Ohio 4 could affect service to some Monroe residents

Barnes said crews arrived at the scene about 1:30 p.m. and are already working to repair the break as quickly as possible.

City officials said residents should be aware that this may cause low water pressure and at times no water for the customers in this area.
