The first businesses are coming to the Crossings of Beckett, a newly constructed shopping plaza at the southeast corner of Princeton-Glendale and Tylersville roads in West Chester Twp.
The 36-acre shopping center will includes a new 133,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplace that opened on Jan. 31 as well as a gas station and a small medical clinic. It features an additional 15,000 square feet of retail space and three outlots along Ohio 747.

Here’s a look at the first three business confirmed for the new shopping center:
Ambiance Nail Spa
Ambiance Nail Spa will open a 3,810 square-foot salon at 7996 Princeton Glendale Road in the new Crossings of Beckett. It will offer Spa offers manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, micro blading and more.
The business has locations in Hyde Park, Harper’s Point, Rookwood Exchange, Oakley Station, 32 East and Harper’s Station. Anderson Towne Center, Brentwood Plaza and Deerfield Towne Center. The new West Chester location marks its first venture in Butler County.
An April opening is planned. The new location has hired 20 nails techs but plans to expand to 40 in its first two years.
SuperCuts announced it will open a 1,363-square-foot salon at 7996 Princeton Glendale Road in the new Crossings of Beckett.
The business offers a complimentary hot towel refresher. It also provides a range of hair services including men’s haircuts, women’s haircuts, kids’ haircuts, color services and waxing.
SuperCuts has 2,600 no-appointment-required salons nationwide, including Liberty Twp., Middletown, Mason, Deerfield Twp. and Maineville.
PetPeople, which offers natural foods, will open a 3,627 square-foot store at 7996 Princeton Glendale Road in the new Crossings of Beckett shopping center.
PetPeople’s team of pet enthusiasts aims to educate by providing solutions to make a difference in the lives of pets. The chain already has a location at 7341 Tylers Corner Drive in West Chester Twp, as well as one in Deerfield Twp.
Despite the existing West Chester Twp. location’s proximity to the new location, it will remain open, according to company officials in PetPeople’s home office in Worthington.
