Water main break in Butler County closes Tylersville Road

A section of Tylersville Road in Fairfield Twp. remains closed today due to a water main break late last night.

The Butler County Engineer’s Office reports that Tylersville Road was closed late last night between Harvard Street and King Avenue due to the break. Crews from the Butler County Water & Sewer Department are making repairs and hope to have the road reopened by this evening.

The detour will be: Eastbound Tylersville Road traffic will detour east on Hamilton Mason Road and south on Enterprise Park Drive to Tylersville. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.
