Services set for Monroe girl who died from cancer this week

Funeral arrangements have been set for a Monroe girl who died this week after battling cancer for years.

Madison Smallwood, 12, who would have been a seventh grader in Monroe, died Tuesday morning, her family said.

The memorial service will be held from 3-7 p.m. Monday, followed by the funeral service, at Princeton Pike Church of God, 6101 Princeton Glendale Road.
