Carlisle Local Board of Education

Voters elected incumbents David A. Clay, Tammy Sue Lainhart and Bill Jewell to Carlisle school board. New four-year terms will begin Jan. 1, 2014.

Franklin Twp. Fiscal Officer

Voters favored incumbent Scot Fromeyer to again serve as fiscal officer. He beat out newcomer Andria Moon, who received 45 percent of votes.

Franklin Twp. Trustee

Voters had five choices for two available seats in Franklin Twp. for trustees. Voters opted to support incumbents Ron W. Ruppert and Beth Callahan, according to final, unofficial results.

Lebanon City Council

With 14 precincts counted, voters in Lebanon have re-elected incumbents Amy Brewer and James Norris II; and elected new faces Stephen L. Kaiser and Wendy Monroe. Incumbent Charleen Ann Mehaffie-Flick was voted out by residents, according to final, unofficial results.

Lebanon City Board of Education

With 38 precincts counted, voters in Lebanon selected incumbent Ryan R. Patterson Jr. and newcomer Brian DeGennaro for four-year terms.

Mason City Schools Board of Education

In an uncontested race for school board, voters in Mason supported incumbents Matt Steele and Connie Yingling and new face Randy Andrews. They will serve four-year terms.

Mason City Council

With 26 precincts counted, voters in Mason have re-elected David F. Nichols, Charlene Pelfrey, Donald R. Prince and Richard H. Cox to city council. Newcomer Tony Bradburn received just under 17 percent of the votes to put him in last place.

Springboro City Council

Voters in Springboro were asked to elect one candidate each for four wards. In the first ward, Lori Kershner beat out Sheila Lairson with 431 votes to 415.

As the only candidates for wards two and three, Sean Kuhn and Bruce Moore received 100 percent of votes, respectively.

In the fourth ward, voters favored James Chmiel over Randy M. Watkins.

Springboro City Board of Education

In a contested race for Springboro school board, voters had five options for three open seats. Those elected to four-year terms are Charles Anderson, Ronald L. Malone and David Stuckey.

Turtlecreek Twp. Trustee

In an uncontested race for Turtlecreek Twp. trustee, voters re-elected incumbents Daniel F. Jones and Jonathan D. Sams to four-year terms.

Warren County Educational Service Center

In a contested race for the Warren County Educational Service Center, voters had four choices for three open seats. Voters supported Nona Cress, Jiles Farley and Diane Horvath.
