The owners of Pleasantree Gift Shoppe, which has been in business for nearly three decades, plan to retire in February and close the store.
“It is definitely a bittersweet time for us,” the store’s owners wrote in a message posted to its social media accounts. “We are so grateful for your business over the years and feel blessed by the friendships we have made, but it is time to say goodbye to the Pleasantree and see what new adventures await each of us.”
Located at 702 Nilles Road, the store opened in July 1988. It is offering customers 25 percent off all seasonal items this month, as well as 20 percent off all regular-priced items in the store. That excludes Brighton Jewelry, Kameleon Jewelry, Nora Fleming or Pop-ins.
