Payroll Project: Ross Twp.’s highest-paid employees

Local governments make payroll with your money. That’s why the Journal-News is using Ohio public records laws to assemble and analyze payroll data for governments across our region.

According to those records, Ross Twp. government had zero employees earn more than six figures in 2015.

Here were the four highest-paid Ross Twp. employees in 2015:

  1. Fire Chief Steve G. Miller Fire Chief — $72,980
  2. Township Administrator Robert W. Bass — $66,950
  3. Roads Superintendent Paul J. Bulach — $63,494
  4. Police Chief Darryl J. Haussler — $59,732
