UPDATE: All lanes back open on northbound I-75 in Butler County after morning truck fire

UPDATED @ 9:15 a.m.

Traffic on northbound Interstate 75 in Butler County has cleared following a truck fire that stalled traffic south of Ohio 129 for more than hour, and all lanes are open.

INITIAL REPORT @ 8:15 a.m.

Traffic is backed up on northbound Interstate 75 at Ohio 129 after a semi truck caught fire earlier this morning.

The fire started in the engine compartment at around 7:30 a.m. just north of Ohio 129, but flames were quickly doused, according to an Ohio State Patrol dispatcher. No one was injured.

The semi is in the right lane, and lane closures caused by the cleanup are slowing traffic.
