Here are multiple hiring events happening this month in the area

With the start of a new year, area companies continue to search for qualified candidates to fill hundreds of jobs.

Here are several employers looking to grow their staffing, what they’re looking for and when they plan to hire:

Horizons HRS

Horizons HRS is hiring more than 45 employees for the following positions: CNC machine & machine operators, warehouse/forklift, grinders, assemblers, pickers/packers, shipping & receiving, welders, CDL drivers, quality control, general laborers, call center representatives, and administrative assistants.

Benefits are offers and all work shifts are available for position in Butler, Clermont, Warren and Hamilton counties. Hiring events run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 7 and Jan. 14 at OhioMeansJobs-Butler County, 4631 Dixie Highway, Fairfield.

Superior Environmental Solutions

Superior Environmental Solutions is hiring general labor field technicians, CDL driver equipment operators, hazmat field supervisors and many more. SES is a an industrial cleaning service company offering a variety of plant maintenance and cleaning services from its 10 locations across Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania, according to the company’s website.

Open interviews will be held during a hiring event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at OhioMeansJobs-Butler County.

BC Forward

BC Forward is immediately hiring several warehouse and production workers with pay ranging up to $13.85 per hour. Employment Opportunities via BC Forward are available at Xerox in Middletown for first and second shifts for a 1-year contract with the possibility for extension. Overtime is available, as is ceritification on-site for forklift positions.

Apply during RDI’s hiring events at OhioMeansJobs from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and again on Jan. 16, Jan. 23 and Jan. 30.

RDI

RDI, an outsourcer of telecommunication, IT and creative business solutions, is looking to hire at least 50 new customer service representatives for its Oxford location. The 40-year company provides call center and administrative services, as well as market research to a broad mix of companies.

Candidates are responsible for entering customer information into the system, working with a team to provide solutions and answering calls at times from customers to answer questions, or concerns. They also will research information using multiple resources and routine calls to the appropriate resource, identify and escalate priority issues and problem solve.

Starting salary is $10 to $11 an hour. RDI is holding hiring events from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday and Jan. 16 at OhioMeansJobs-Butler County.
