Brian Coffman, 31, crashed his 2012 Chevy Cruze into the side of the restaurant, 3260 Village Drive, at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, the crash report read. His vehicle was impounded and Coffman was transported to Middletown City Jail.
There were no injuries, according to police.
The restaurant is open today.
His arraignment this morning in Middletown Municipal Court was continued until Aug. 8, according to court records.
