The race course, which begins and ends at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts in downtown Hamilton, is USA Track and Field certified and serves as a Boston Qualifier.
The full marathon and marathon relays will start at 6 p.m., the half marathon and 10K races will start at 7:30 p.m.
