Lost semi driver stuck in Mt. Adams strikes building, power pole

A semi was stuck in Mount Adams in Cincinnati Thursday morning, a neighborhood with narrow, steep and winding roads, after missing an exit.

The semi driver hit a power pole, trash can and then hit a building as he tried to navigate out of the neighborhood, according to our partners at WCPO.

Neighbors and fire crews worked with the driver to help him navigate his way out.

Police had cars towed so the semi driver had more room to navigate his way out.

Several hours after becoming stuck, the semi driver was able to drive out of the neighborhood around 6:30 a.m.

The semi driver reportedly missed the exit for Interstate 71 and was attempting to re-route through Mt. Adams.
