The iconic Alexander Hamilton statue in downtown Hamilton is sporting a Hamilton Joes jersey in honor of the team’s opening night.

The Hamilton Joes will kick off their season tonight, June 15, at Foundation Field.

The team, part of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League, and the 2016 league champion, is made up of college players wanting to play more than during just the college season.

Tonight’s game against the Xenia Scouts starts at 7:05 p.m.
