The restaurant is Burger King’s latest prototype with its latest technology, according to Amanda Aldridge, a real estate manager with Syracuse, N.Y.-franchisee Carroll Corporation, which owns and operates more than 1,000 restaurants under the Burger King and Popeye brands.
New Burger King locations typically employ as many as 40 people, she said.
Founded in 1954, the Burger King brand is the second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world with more than 17,700 locations in more than 100 countries and U.S. territories.
