Factory worker’s leg crushed by steel coil

MASON — A worker at a Mason factory has been hospitalized after his leg was crushed by a steel coil, according to Local 12 WKRC.

Warren County sheriff dispatchers said the coil fell onto the worker at Ice Industries - formerly known as Deerfield Manufacturing - on Mason-Montgomery Road, according to Local 12. The accident happened around 4:30 p.m.

The man was taken to a hospital in West Chester Twp., according to Local 12.
