The child got out of a car in which he was riding with his parents and was running toward the Booker T. Washington Center when he was struck by a slow-moving vehicle, according to Hamilton police.
The child was not injured, and he got back into the car with his parents, police said.
Emergency dispatch traffic indicated crews were dispatched at about 8:28 a.m. today to the front of the Booker T. Washington Center in the 1100 block of Front street.
