6 Butler, Warren products who have played in the Super Bowl

High schools in Butler and Warren counties have contributed to Super Bowl history, and the NFL is recognizing them with The Super Bowl High School Honor Roll.

Super Bowl High School Honor Roll schools will receive a commemorative Golden Football produced by Wilson for every player or head coach who graduated from the high school and was on an active Super Bowl roster.

Local high school graduates who have played in the Super Bowl include:

  • Dave Stalls: Hamilton Taft High School; Dallas Cowboys and Oakland Raiders; Super Bowls XII, XIII, XVIII
  • John Holland: Middletown High School; Minnesota Vikings; Super Bowl IX
  • Troy Evans: Lakota High School; New Orleans Saints; Super Bowl XLIV

  • Josh Kline: Mason High Schools; New England Patriots; Super Bowl XLIX
  • Jake Ballard: Springboro High School; New York Giants; Super Bowl XLVI
  • Brad Lamb: Springboro High School; Buffalo Bills; Super Bowl XXVII

Super Bowl 50 airs at 6:30 p.m. Sunday on CBS.
