The Butler County OVI State Task Force will conduct an OVI Checkpoint on Friday.
The time and date will be released Friday morning.
State law requires OVI checkpoint times and locations to be announced ahead of time.

The checkpoint helps deter and catch impaired drivers and can prevent deadly crashes or injuries due to impaired driving.
Anyone who plans to consume alcohol should make other travel arrangements.
