A dinner menu features appetizers, nachos, quesadillas, fajitas, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, chicken dishes, seafood and more. Also offered are several vegetarian specialties, including bean burritos, vegetarian fajitas and more, plus a children’s menu.

The new location also features outdoor dining, a garden and patio heaters.

Lunch specials run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and start at $5.45.

The new restaurant joins an existing location in Liberty Twp., two in Deerfield Twp. and three in West Chester Twp.

An eighth location is planned for a shopping plaza to be constructed at the corner of Ohio 4 and Kyles Station Road, one that will include a Kroger Marketplace.

The restaurant chain has 100 employees, 22 of them in Fairfield Twp., but is hiring more for all locations, according to co-owner Juan Espinoza Hernandez.
