Scott is accused of sexual imposition for allegedly attacking a woman in the men’s restroom of the Tylersville Road gas station in October, by inappropriately touching her while she was clothed, according to court records.

Court records indicate the complaint is based on “victim statements, surveillance video and officer investigation.” There is no mention about why the woman was allegedly in the men’s restroom.
The offense is a third-degree misdemeanor.
