City Engineer Barry Conway said the estimated cost to replace deteriorated curbs and gutters in the Franklin Woods area of the city is $225,000. Conway said the city would cover the $50,000 difference in costs from its stormwater fund.
Conway said if the application is approved, Warren County would administer the entire project, including the bidding.
