Fire reported at former Hamilton paper mill

A fire broke out late Wednesday at the former Smart Papers facility.

Hamilton fire crews were called to 600 North B Street around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday on reports of a fire at the vacant paper mill, said Butler County emergency dispatchers.

A fire was knocked down by fire fighters. More information will be reported as it becomes available.
