It all started with one tank at Intercontinental Terminals Company in La Porte. Now, over six tanks are burning as emergency responders work to control further spreading. To make matters worse, the fire has seemed to intensify overnight, according to the Houston Chronicle.

The company claims that testing done by an independent contractor are below levels representing a public health concern. No injuries have been reported.
