CrossFit Ironside is not a typical gym with rows of Nautilus type machines, cardio machines and a free weight area. Training includes Olympic weightlifting, kettlebells, powerlifting metabolic conditioning and various gymnastics moves designed to help participants see results in their endurance, speed, strength, stamina flexibility, agility, coordination, power, agility, balance and accuracy — all while losing excess body fat. Each day consists of a new workout because constantly changing things up helps to better prepare one to face any physical challenge that may come their way.
And while the workouts may seem intimidating, the program is completely scalable to meet a wide range of needs — from those of the novice, deconditioned individual to the elite athlete. CrossFit Ironside offers multiple group programs as well as personal training.
