FAIRFIELD TWP. — Two men were spotted by a Walmart shift manager using a plastic container to steal $32,199 worth of merchandise.
Around 3:30 a.m. July 30, the two men were seen by a Walmart employee carrying the large container toward the lawn and garden section, according to police. The shift manager at the Princeton Road Walmart reported saw the men, who immediately took off toward the exit.
Many of the electronic items stolen were in a locked case, police said. A set of keys dropped by the suspects actually belonged to Walmart.
Among the items taken were nine video cameras, 30 broadhead arrows, six knifes, six stereos and two GPS units.
Both men were described as white and skinny and wearing weight T-shirts and shorts. One of the men was around 5-foot-5 and the other was 5-foot-6 with a goatee.
