Two different women have reported someone allegedly taking pictures or video under their clothes while shopping at Target in the Voice of America shopping center.
Both reports were made on July 28, the first at around 11:30 a.m. and the second at 2:30 p.m., according to police report.

The person was allegedly taking pictures under female shoppers’ skirts in the aisles of the store, according to township spokeswoman Barb Wilson.
One of the women was a 49-year-old from Middletown and the other shopper was not identified in the police report.
Police are continuing to investigate, according to Wilson.
