The complainant called police after finding a large dent in the door of his vehicle.
The Toyota driver was described as 5-foot-10 and bald with no facial hair. The complainant did not get license plate information, but did put a post on Facebook asking if anyone could identify the man.
Police attempts to locate the vehicle were unsuccessful.
