Police in Lebanon have released cruiser cam video of one of their cruisers that was struck by another vehicle while responding to an emergency call.

Fry, 37, entered the plea during his arraignment on Monday in Lebanon Municipal Court.

Fry retained lawyer Charles M. Rittgers and is set for a pretrial with an appointed judge, William Wolff, at 1 p.m., on July 23, according to court records.

The waiver amount listed for the ticket is $120.

Both vehicles were totaled in the June 13 crash, and the city’s insurance will cover the damage to both vehicles, Capt. Dave Gehringer said.

Fry was back on regular duty Monday.
