A Warren County grand jury has indicted a Franklin man on four counts of rape, two counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of sexual battery, according to court records.

Luis R. Sosa, 39, was arrested on April 22 by Franklin police, according to court records. Sosa is expected to be arraigned Wednesday in Warren County Common Pleas Court.

The sexual encounters, with females under the age of 13, allegedly began on Jan. 13, 2013 and continued until April 15, according to court documents.

Rape is a first-degree felony, and gross sexual imposition and sexual battery are third-degree felonies.

Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said Sosa knew the alleged victims.
