Last week, Arnett pleaded guilty to the third-degree felony the involved boy who was 16-years-old at the time.
Arnett admitted to sexting with a student when confronted by school officials, according to court records.
“But this charge means there was a sexual encounter,” Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said last year. He said that contact took place in a car in a Franklin Twp. parking lot the week before Arnett was arrested.
Warren County Common Pleas Judge Tim Tepe set sentencing for May 3. Arnett faces up to five year in prison.
