Emergency crews performed CPR on the child after the drowning rescue was reported in Liberty Twp. around 1:51 p.m.
Crews were told a child was not breathing in the 7000 block of Valley Falls Court.
The girl was not conscious or breathing, according to emergency dispatch traffic, but crews later said the girl was breathing.
