An aviation-themed chicken wings chain is landing in Butler County this spring.

The nostalgic restaurants feature a menu of classic and boneless wings with 11 flavors including Original Hot, Cajun, Atomic, Mild, Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Louisiana Rub, Spicy Korean Q, and Mango Habanero. Wings are cooked to order, hand-sauced and tossed.

Wingstop was founded in 1994 in Garland, Texas, and started offering franchises in 1998. It operates and franchises more than 1,200 restaurants across the United States and nine other countries around the world. Four of those restaurants are in the Cincinnati area and one is in Dayton.

The new High Street location is owned by Maurice Vilaboy, of Hamilton, and business partner John Wacker, both of whom own the Cincinnati locations.
