Deputy inside Thorntons when car hits gas station in Butler County

The vehicle rammed into the side of the building but did not go through it, dispatchers said, noting a Butler County Sheriff’s Office deputy was inside of the gas station at the time of the crash.

There’s no word yet on what caused the mishap nor whether the vehicle’s driver was cited.
