The page is meant to be a “one-stop shop” of resources, according to the announcement, offering various services including employment opportunities and county veterans service office information.
It also offers information for military members who are relocating to Ohio such as how to enroll children in school, information on Purple Star Schools and how to transfer a spouse’s professional license.
DeWine said, “Providing an all-encompassing resource for military members and their families will help them access all the opportunities Ohio has to offer including information on reciprocity licenses, growing our federal and defense installations, and much more.”
Ohio is home to over 800,000 veterans and military retirees, active-duty personnel, reservists and National Guard members, according to the announcement.
